Terrebonne compared with other Quebec cities

Compare two cities

Terrebonne's total residential rate of 0.7682% is above the 0.7228% average of the 35 Quebec municipalities we cover. A lower rate does not always mean a lower bill: tax = assessed value × rate, so cities with high home values often have lower rates.
