Règlement 2413 (séance extraordinaire, December 18, 2025): 'Résiduelle (base) 0,5232 $ (incluant les résidences de cinq (5) logements et moins)'; residential 6+ dwellings 0,6933 $. Special taxes per 100 $ for 'tout immeuble porté au rôle': écosystèmes naturels 0,0211 $; former-municipality debt by sector (Saint-Jean 0,0075 $). Grouped 'dette de zones par secteur' (water/sewer zone) rates apply only to properties in serviced or to-be-serviced zones and are listed in areas, not in the headline. School tax applies to the uniformized adjusted value minus a $25,000 exemption (Loi sur l'instruction publique, art. 303: 'Cette taxe est imposée sur la valeur de l'évaluation uniformisée ajustée de l'immeuble qui excède 25 000 $.'), and is billed separately by the Centre de services scolaire des Hautes-Rivières for the school year July 1 to June 30, so it cannot simply be added to the municipal rates.
