Foncière dette Pointe-au-Père 0,0011 $. Service taxes 2026 on the City table: aqueduc et égout 279 $; matières résiduelles 183 $. First year of the 2026-2027-2028 roll (market conditions at 1 July 2024). The same résiduelle rates apply in all three tax sectors (A Centre-ville élargi, B Cité des achats élargi, C Résiduel); the sectors differ only for non-residential rates. Owners in the former Pointe-au-Père also pay a special debt tax on value (Foncière dette, not city-wide). Flat service taxes per unit are billed in addition (see the City's 'Données de taxation' table). School tax applies to the uniformized adjusted value in excess of the first $25,000 (exemption), so the municipal and school rates cannot simply be added for a bill. School tax is billed separately by the Centre de services scolaire des Phares, not by the City.
